BOSTON- Students ages 16 to 21 from the Boston area who are interested in learning the basics of the real estate industry can apply now to join the Fallon Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program hosted by The Fallon company And Street2Ivy.

The free, six-week summer program teaches students the fundamentals of commercial real estate investing and provides them with relevant industry knowledge while building their relationships with mentors.

The program is a collaboration between the fallon company, a leading national real estate development company headquartered in Boston and Street2Ivy, an entrepreneurial incubator focused on providing emerging changemakers in underserved communities with the tools and resources they need to achieve economic empowerment. Participant will learn essential skills for success in the commercial real estate industry, including identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting property appraisals and market analysis, raising capital, and submitting and negotiating a winning offer.

The Fallon Company is a founding partner of the Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program, which aligns with the company’s commitment to promoting equal and fair inclusion in all projects, increasing philanthropic support for overlooked and at-risk communities, and strengthening the pipeline of diverse real estate professionals.

The program runs from July 11th until 16.08 with classes taking place on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The cohort will meet industry experts, tour some of Boston’s most exciting projects and assess viable investment opportunities. The program begins with a summer event on June 14th in the Seaport neighborhood of Boston in the Fan Pier neighborhood by The Fallon Company.

Applications for the Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program are now open and can be submitted Here. The closing date for applications is Monday 15 May.
