BOSTON-The RMR group‘s managing director Jennifer Clark will be honored with the Boston Real Estate Times Lifetime Achievement Award for 2022 at the annual Excellence Awards ceremony on October 6, 2022 at the Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA.

In addition to her role as CEO, Ms. Clark also serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR).

Mrs. Clark has been Managing Director of RMR since 2018. She is responsible for all legal matters affecting RMR-managed companies. She is also secretary to all companies managed by RMR and serves on the boards of Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI), AlerisLife (Nasdaq: ALR) and Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Private).
Ms. Clark is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Tremont Realty Capital, a wholly owned SEC-registered investment advisory subsidiary of RMR, which was acquired in 2016.
Prior to joining RMR in 1999, Ms. Clark was a partner at the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP, where she had broad real estate practice, including representing secured lenders, borrowers, joint venture partners and investors in credit and debt transactions.
Ms. Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in English and American Literature from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctorate from Boston University Law School.
