A new real estate agency has opened its doors in East Boston. Reference Real Estate was founded by Seth Williams and serves the Greater Boston, North Shore and South Shore areas of Massachusetts.
The company has 10 licensed agents and is located at 175 McClellan Highway, Suite 10 in Boston.
Williams, the team leader and owner of the company, said he founded The Reference Group in late 2020 with a team of like-minded agents working together to help more customers and improve their level of service. Everything the team does has a renewed focus on the customer, he said.
“The growth we’ve seen over the past few years is remarkable,” he said. “Now, in early 2022, we have officially taken a step and launched Reference Real Estate. After almost a decade in the real estate industry, I knew I wanted to provide customer service that is both educational and as stress-free as possible for everyone involved.”
For sellers, the team focuses on being the “general contractor” of the home sale, handling everything that needs to be done before a home is put on the market, from light renovations to electrical work to installing new countertops. Buyers can expect Williams and his team to “bring an unprecedented amount of home knowledge to the table that will lead customers to just the right home even faster,” he said.
