BOSTON, MA, October 10, 2023 – GoldMark Partner LLP, a boutique law firm in the Greater Boston area specializing in commercial real estate and corporate law, announces this associate Gregory R Chambers was appointed partner effective October 1, 2023.

Chambers joined GoldMark in 2020 and focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate law. He represents owners, operators, developers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants in a wide range of complex legal matters. His client work includes the acquisition, development, disposition, financing and leasing of industrial, warehouse, mixed-use, multifamily, office and retail properties. Chambers also advises on corporate law matters, including those relating to the formation, acquisition and sale of companies, particularly where these matters overlap with the real estate sector. Prior to joining GoldMark, Chambers worked as an associate at a national law firm and prior to that as a paralegal, law clerk and associate at a regional law firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.

Chambers received his JD from New England Law-Boston and earned a BA (magna cum laude) from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
