Nine winter
We were looking forward to the permanent version of the Korean-American bakery by Marissa Ferola and dreamed of Gochujang Citrus Sticky Buns, chocolate-makgeolli cake panes and peanut butter-chili cookies, not to mention coffee drinks that were built in the style of cocktails. But wait! There is also lunch: for example Gochujang Bolognese. Nine winter is now gently open – so take a look at social media for planning and menu updates when things improve.

Toohot
Coincidentally, a sentence that we have spoken out every day has now been opened at the Harvard Square and offers Sichuan Cuisine (some of them pretty damn hot) by Noah Jiang, from Brocline’s popular Noah’s kitchen. On the opening menu: crispy chicken leg with chilli in the juices of the juh stylus; Castle with garlic chili sauce; Broken beef soup; Smoked crispy duck; And much more. Can’t you choose Try the chef’s tasting for 99 US dollars per person.

Peppinos dosa
In cooperation with the Indian celebrity chef Ranveer Brar, a long-time friend of chef and co-owner Shingara “Peppino” Singh, the five-year restaurant has just undergone an extension and revision. Now there are two fully separate kitchens, a vegetarian and one that aims to worry about a broad customer, while she honors the previously all-vegetarian roots. On the menu: old favorites like Soy Chaap Biryani, new options such as Shrimp Jalfrezi, many dosa, fusion desserts like Chai Tiramisu, Boozy Mango Lassi and Indian whiskeys. Plus: a terrace.

Popup bagels
The chain based in New York, which sells hot, unpaid bags (minimum order: three), which it “grab and immerse” in Schmears (including seasonal specials such as pepperoncini fresh cheese or sugar corn butter), adds a new location in the Boston area in the monville meeting. The first constant local outpost made his debut in the seaport at the beginning of this year. The Harvard Square is on deck.

Salt & straw
A certain hike from Boston from Boston, but if you go to Canobie Lake Park or other destinations in New Hampshire this summer, you should see this growing location of the ice chain in New England. The Scoop Shop is now open in the Tuscan Village and has innovative flavors such as birthday cakes and blackberries, strawberry-pretzel salad and goat cheese Marionberry Habanero on monthly changing menus as well as core favorites such as salted, painted, chocolate biscuits and strawberry honey honey-to-honey.

Xi’an famous foods
Well, it took a long time: New York’s famous foods, which are best known for its spicy, handmade Bang Biang noodles, has spoken to Boston since 2012. Every few years, rumors gave up again that it would actually happen. And now it has! It is only Takeout/Delivery, only for the time being from a Roxbury Ghost Kitchen area, but an actual shop front is in the works that will be reported later this year – in the inner city crossing, followed by more expansion throughout the region.

Look ahead
Here are a few places that we will keep in mind and open up immediately.
South shop
This opening is so close that we can almost try the “Fedora” sauce – Bottega Fiorentina from Brocline, a cozy Italian restaurant and market, is expanded every day with pasta, panini, gelato (new in this place) and more to Southie. I cannot say that we do not agree with this “#Pastaislife” promotional signage. (If you are waiting for the opening, read our recently updated GELATO summary for other local options.)

Daily provisions
Cruller Alert: The daily provisions from the Union Square Hospitality Group, founded by the Danny Meyer-founded Hospitality Group, will arrive in Cambridge in the coming weeks (followed by a SeaPort location in the course of this year). The Harvard Square location of the all-day neighborhood point is almost finished, and fans of the NYC locations rave about these crawlers, which are available in aromas such as Maple or a seasonal strawberry lemonade. But there is much more to eat, from hearty sandwiches and salads to roast -chicken dinner.

Treasure
This restaurant and the bar open a constantly changing cocktaille list in a few weeks and dimulated-in one person-a loyal homage to Suan La Chow Show, the spicy Sichuan-Wonton dish who was loved in the previous restaurant in this place Mary Chung. The industry is taking place after the endeavor – Brian Callahan and Zimu Chen – a boring Boston restaurant by Big Heart Hospitality Group (Orfano etc.) to Coje (Coquette etc.) and the chef Mark O’Leary at JM Curley and Shojo.

The Salzmarsch winery
At first it is not a winery: the name of this scitate restaurant, which is opened immediately, nods to a book by the grandfather of chief owner Douglas Rodrigues’ grandfather, a mystery that deals with the salt yellow of the Scitate Hair. The New England Bistro, which has been subjected to Pembroke’s Osteria Vivo, is “a little old meeting”, as Rodrigues said before: “The idea was basically known when the restaurants, the scietate to scitatey know and love in the past -like Jamies Pub, the Barker Tavern, PJs Country House, Pier and a baby and a baby and a baby and a baby and a baby, and a baby. That in 205, in 205, like a look, like a search 44 -, a baby and a baby and a baby and a baby that was opened in 2025? [and] be able to cook everything, ”he wants.
