Mass. Court docket Instructed No Protection For Eating places’ COVID Losses


Law360 (July 14, 2021, 5:12 p.m. EDT) – The owners of three restaurants in the Boston area cannot use coverage for pandemic-related losses due to a decline in customers due to government restrictions, Strathmore Insurance Co. plans argued in a Massachusetts appeals court asking it to maintain dismissal of its COVID-19 cover suit.
