Kinlin Grover Real Estate is now part of the Compass network, announced company president Michael Schlott last week. The company’s sister companies in Rhode Island and Connecticut, Randall Realtors and Page Taft, are also joining Compass.
Under its new Kinlin Grover Compass brand, the company will continue to operate as a real estate agent in southeast Massachusetts, maintaining its leadership team, staff and marketing.
Jeffery Heighton, Compass regional president for New England, will work with Kinlin Grover Compass to expand the company’s presence in Massachusetts.
Schlott says after meeting with Compass it was clear that the partnership would allow Kinlin Grover to continue delivering the best experience to its agents and customers.
“After meeting Compass, we realized that this strategic alliance would allow us to maintain our corporate culture while delivering the best agent support, marketing and technology from the Compass platform,” he said in a press release. “We are excited to work with a company that values its agents as customers and trusted partners, and that has the vision and resources to build and invest in our profession to provide the highest level of service to our customers.”
“We couldn’t be more excited about our new partnership. This is an opportunity for us to participate in the innovation and growth that Compass is pioneering and to help grow it by expanding its presence in New England, ”said Doug Randall, CEO of Kinlin Grover and The Randall Family of companies.
