Amenities include a cafe / pub, activity rooms, library / reading room, exercise room, creative art studio, game room and other common areas.

Homeowners in Paradise Ridge Mobile Home ParkRaymond bought his 40-unit prefabricated park, making it the 135th New Hampshire (ROC) parish. With training and technical support from the ROC-NH of the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund Last September, homeowners organized and started the Paradise Ridge Cooperative. The cooperative then negotiated with park owners Albert and Joyce Witham, reached a purchase price of $ 2 million, and closed the deal on March 26 with funding from Cambridge Trust and the Community Loan Fund. The Paradise Ridge Cooperative is the 23rd Republic of China in Rockingham County. These parishes contain 1,458 affordable homes.

Nine industrial buildings in Massachusetts and New Hampshire totaling 700,000 square feet were sold to a Boston-based real estate investment firm BentallGreenOak. The nine-building portfolio includes two buildings in Londonderry, 34A and 34B, Londonderry Rd. – plus four buildings in Wilmington, Massachusetts, and three in Billerica, Massachusetts CBRE Team led by Chris Skeffington and Scott Dragos represented the seller, Novaya Real Estate Venturesand also procured the buyer. At the time of the sale, 94% of the portfolio was rented to a variety of tenants including Symbotic, Conformis, Locus Robotics and Lindenmeyr Munroe.

Deanna Caron of Stebbins commercial real estate announced the sale of the former Howes Pharmacy Building at 39 Main St., Goffstown, for $ 275,000. The 2,016 square meter building was sold to Richard Thomas. Thomas, a CPA whose office is currently located at 20 Main St., plans to move to the new location this summer.
