Fallon Company Chairman Joe Fallon shared his perspective on the real estate industry with students at the Fallon Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program graduation ceremony Aug. 17 at the Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Governor of BOSTON-Massachusetts Charlie Baker joined that Fallon company chairman Joseph FallonCHAIRMAN Michael Fallon and directors To Lydia Dene and Danny Guadagnoliand Street2Ivy founder Tavares Brewington and Wentworth Institute of Technology vice president for institutional advancement Crate Herbert in congratulating the graduating class of 2022 Fallon Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program at Wentworth.

The six-week program, now in its second year, is a collaboration between The Fallon Company, a leading national real estate development company headquartered in Boston, and Street2Ivy, an entrepreneurial incubator focused on giving emerging changemakers in underserved communities the tools and resources they need to solve problems in their communities and beyond.

Governor Baker joined The Fallon Company Chairman Joseph Fallon and CEO Michael Fallon at the graduation ceremony for the Fallon Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program at Wentworth Institute of Technology on August 17 and congratulated the students on their completion of the six-week program.

The free program equips youth aged 16-21 the skills, knowledge and mentors needed to participate in real estate investing, including identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting property appraisals and market analysis, raising capital, and submitting and negotiating a successful offer.

During the celebration, the student teams presented their graduation projects to the Fallon Company and Street2Ivy leadership. The presentations were preceded by a reception and remarks by Governor Baker, Joseph Fallon and Brewington. All Certificates of Completion received upon completion of the program.
