(BUSINESS WIRE) — Cloudmellow, a full-service technology and digital marketing firm, today announced it has acquired Primary360, a real estate branding and marketing firm based in Boston, Massachusetts.

This acquisition increases Cloudmellow’s workforce to over 100 like-minded marketing and technology executives. Primary360 started more than thirty years ago as Primary Design with a passion for creative marketing. Primary360 has an extensive client portfolio and serves more than 30 recognized multifamily real estate brands across the United States. Primary360 will continue to focus on serving its customers while enhancing service offerings aligned with the Cloudmellow ecosystem. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cloudmellow has experienced rapid growth over the past 3 years. In 2020, the company acquired Media Mix, a 10-year-old marketing company based in Jacksonville, Florida. The previous owner, Natalie Dunlap, is now a partner and senior vice president of sales and marketing. “Together we will all combine our experience, results-driven teams and integrate the best of data and analytics, SEO, reputation management, creativity and content to create campaigns that will be the first to know what’s next in the digital age.”
