Newbury Street—which Time Out recently named one of the coolest streets in the world—is Boston’s most famous dining and shopping destination. The street’s chic boutiques, galleries, and 19th-century brownstones are charming enough to attract anyone for an afternoon stroll, including Boston locals, students, and tourists. Given the sought after real estate, dining on Newbury Street can be very expensive for what in some cases is a mediocre meal. We turned to Newbury Street resident Anna Darrow to guide us through the restaurants that are actually worth the money on the famous street.
