Ashley Judd took another big step in her recovery after breaking a leg in the Congo jungle six months ago.

The actress broke her leg in four places after a violent fall, but shared on Tuesday (Jan.

The Frida star wore an orthosis on her leg while visiting Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts.

“So refreshing to take a break on a summer evening,” she captioned the picture.

Judd visited Fenway Park with her father Michael Ciminella to see the Red Sox baseball team.

“I grew up playing the game – my papaw Judd trained Little League (sic),” she said. “My dad was a great player and I have all of his newspaper clippings. With my papaw Ciminella, I was listening to the #cincinattireds on his transistor radio while reading the boxing score from the previous game in the Ashland, KY (Kentucky) newspaper.”

She added, “Thank you, #redsox, for helping us make some very special family memories! Dad said he hasn’t had so much fun since he was 14. “

The actress also noted that she was at the game with her partner, who she revealed is Swiss.

She was previously married to the Scottish racing driver Dario Franchitti from 2001 to 2013.
