The Australian Financial Review and BOSS Magazine have released the 2022 edition of their BOSS Best Places to Work list, in which 10 professional services firms make the prestigious cut.
The annual AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Awards recognize organizations in Australia and New Zealand that excel at providing a great place to work for their employees and are pioneering new ways of working in areas such as wellbeing, flexibility and diversity, equality and inclusion.
More than 750 organizations were evaluated for this year’s list based on 10 key factors critical to keeping employees feeling motivated and engaged at work. A total of around 100 companies received awards in ten industry-specific categories.
The top 10 employers in the professional services category:
